How To Unlock Sony Ericsson Phones Using TOTAL Multi-Server
Using the TOTAL Multi-Server software to unlock and read the usercode of any Sony Ericsson Phone is a very simple and straight foreward process.

  1. You must have Either a DSC-11 Service/Unlock Cable or a 2in1 Multi-Server Cable
  2. If you have a 2-in-1 Multi-Server Cable you must install the drivers Click Here to download them.
This is a .zip file so you have to extract it's contents somewhere on your computer.
  3. Now download the software by Clicking Here. Be Sure that you know where the file is downloaded on your computer. A good place to save it is on your desktop.
  4. Now is a good time to plug the cable into your computer. Leave the phone unplugged and make sure the phone is turned off and the battery is fully charged.
  5. Once the downoad is complete go ahead and Extract the contents of the multiserver.zip file you downloaded in step 3 and then run the TOTAL_MultiServer_v202.exe program.
  6. Now that the software is open go ahead and select Sony Ericsson from the "Brand" box, and then select whatever your model is from the "Model" box.
  7. Now Remove the battery from your phone and replace it. Then Plug the Phone into the Data Cable.
  8. Once you have your phone plugged into the cable and your phones Brand and Model selected you need to make sure that you have the right COM port selected. If you are using a DSC-11 serial Cable then in most cases you will select COM 1 from the list. If you are using the 2in1 Multi-Server cable then there you will want to choose whateve COM port it's assgned to. (on my computer it's COM 11, but COM 5 and COM 4 are other common ports it could be assigned to.
  9. Now you'll need to check Both the DTR and RTS checkboxes This is the most common successful configuration. But if for some reason it doesn't work then try all combinations of these boxes being checked and unchecked. each time you try, make sure to remove the battery and replace it.
  10. Now that you have the software all set up and configured to actually unlock the phone you will do one of 3 things:
    1. If you have selected: T105/T100/Etc all you can do is select: Read Codes. TMS will read the NCK code of the phone and then you have to manually input the code by powering your phone on and then pressing <**<
    2. If you have selected any model older than K700. Like T610, T637, T68, T226, etc. You will click the "Unlock phone + Read User code" button a minute or two later the phone will be unlocked and ready to use with a different sim card.
    3. If you have selected any model of phone K700 or newer then you will Leave the "Unlock Phone + User Code" checkbox checked. You also have the option of checking the "Clear total Call Time counter" box. if you check this box it will clear the phones total call time counter and make it seem like a brand new phone. Once you have checked those boxes simply press "Make Selected Jobs" and a minute or two later your phone will be unlocked.
  11. Once the process is over you should see "operation successful" you can go ahead and unplug the cable from the phone and power it up with a new sim card. It should power up without any trouble and you should be able to start making and recieving calls right away.

NOTE: It does not matter if you have a sim card in your phone for this process.
